01 What is delivery time if we place an order?

It depends on the order quantities. Usually, we can deliver goods within 3-5 working days for samples. For bulk orders, the lead time will be confirmed when you place your official order.

02 Which certificates do you have?

Many of our models are already certified, including KC, CE, RoHS, UN38.3, and IEC62133, among others. We also support obtaining new certifications when existing ones are not available -- this can be arranged upon official order placement.

03 What are your payment and delivery terms?

Payment terms: By T/T -- 30% deposit required upfront, with the remaining balance paid in full before shipment. For smaller order amounts, we also accept payment via PayPal or credit card.

04 What company will be used for making the shipments?

Normally, we ship our batteries via DHL, UPS, FedEx, air freight, or sea freight, depending on order size, destination, and customer preference.

05 What does your packaging look like? Can I have customized packaging?

We have our factory's current standard packaging available. Customized packaging with printed logos is also supported and must comply with the buyer's requirements -- please note that any extra charges for customization will be borne by the buyer. For more details, please contact us.
